Mother, humanitarian, chef, teacher, traveler and nature lover, Arvi Gosmo has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years. She discovered yoga and meditation in her-mid 20s while traveling in Bali, Indonesia where she lived for 3 months. Though it was not clear then that yoga and meditation would become forefront in her life, Arvi maintained to nourish herself with these healing practices over the years.
Throughout her countless travels, she also cultivated her love of food which led her to become a full-time chef and currently runs a successful catering company. These days, Arvi collaborates and facilitates retreats on well-being, teaching yoga and meditation while also integrating her deep knowledge of healing foods and nutrition through her cooking classes and workshops

Lorna Jaimes is a devoted yoga instructor and nutritionist with 15 years of personal yoga practice, embracing yoga as a path to self-discovery, inner stillness, and transformation. Specializing in Ashtanga yoga, she integrates breath, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic wisdom to create a practice that nurtures both body and soul.
With over eight years of teaching experience, Lorna has guided students across Venezuela, Kenya, and online, offering personalized teachings that honor the uniqueness of each individual. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Canada) and has deepened her studies at the Sharath Yoga Center (India), embracing the discipline and philosophy of the ancient tradition.
Now based in Kigali, she continues to share her passion, helping others cultivate balance, strength, and a deeper connection to life through conscious movement and breath.

Raheema Somani
In addition to being a qualified Reiki/Metaphysics healer with a YTT in Yin yoga & prenatal/ postnatal and alternative therapies, Reheema has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. Her robust list of offerings includes plant-based culinary nutritionist with an intuitive approach to living and healing, oracle card readings, sound healing and chakra alignment.
Her ultimate passion is for guiding others to achieve their highest potential – physical, emotional, and energetic, and she is driven to empower health through energy and elevating consciousness worldwide.

Emmanuel Manirarora
Emmanuel is a wellness coach and certified yoga instructor with expertise in various yoga methodologies, including Power Vinyasa Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, among others. With over eleven years of teaching experience, his vision is to enhance community wellness by utilizing mind-body practices such as yoga as effective tools for improving both physical and mental health.

Emma Petersen
Yoga is something that has been a big part of Emma’s journey in learning to love the body that encases her soul. She’s been practicing for over twelve years, and got certified with 200 YTT not with the intention of teaching, but to deepen her practice; it turns out both have taken place.
In addition to yoga, Emma runs YO ki GA li and Better Than Yesterday Coaching, LLC. She was a digital nomad for 3.5 years before settling in Kigali; her passion for travel, design and healthy food inform all of her decision making in ensuring travelers and yogis have an unparalleled experience with us.

Quentin Jahson
In addition to being a yogi, Quentin is a musician, artist, lover of nature and life itself. In the three years since he began practicing yoga and meditation, he has dedicated his time on this earth to discovering the beauty of life in order for him to live for higher purpose.
In class with Quentin you will find that you won’t feel the pressure of perfect poses, but more the opportunity to improve your inner self through blending movement and breath into our practice.
